Return & Exchange Policy

Please see the uploaded size chart under each product page to know the dimensions of each product. Feel free to ask us for actual photos of models wearing the shirt so you can better assess which size would fit you.

Regarding exchanges and returns, please see the details below for your specific case.

Damaged Product

If the product you received is damaged, rest assured as we will replace the damaged product free of charge. However, please do let us know within one week of receiving your order. 

This is applicable whether the customer ordered through this website, Shopee, or Tiktok.

Exchange

If you desire to exchange the product you received for another size, you may do so. However, we do ask that the customer shoulders the shipping fee (both to and from us).

The customer however, cannot exchange the product with another color or another product (of any value). 

 

Returns and Refunds

For customers that ordered and would like a return or refund,  it is up to EVERY42’s discretion whether to accept and issue a refund.

1.) For orders that have not yet been received, we will only consider cancellations up to 24 hours after the order was placed. If your order is considered, we will get back to you on the decision and issue the refund.

2.) If your order arrived and you would like a refund, EVERY42 management will deliberate and will inform if a refund is applicable. Received orders that request for for refunds will only be considered within 48 hours upon receipt of the order.  If a refund is applicable, the customer must shoulder all shipping fees to return to the warehouse.

Rest assured the team's decision will be reasonable and fair to both parties.

A 100% refund may be considered if the product that they received is damaged. Please let us know as soon as possible and kindly include pictures in your message.
