New changes to the Pioneer - February 2023

Starting Feb 2023, all Pioneers would incorporate two new design changes. These changes can be seen in the handles and the sling or shoulder strap.

New handles

The first change can be seen in the handles. We added a D-Ring to each of the handles so that it can drop down easily. We believe this would be beneficial to you as it would be more functional and put less stress on the stitching. This change also has one added benefit: Cheaper shipping fees. How? We've had to buy bigger boxes due to the handles (as it always stood up). With the new design, the boxes will be smaller and result in less fees for you (for couriers that consider volume).

Strap design and addition of a shoulder pad

Back in late 2022, we were thinking of using a canvas or fabric type of material for our shoulder straps (or sling). This is because we found it to be more comfortable that a pure leather strap. However, we thought that the perfect remedy for this was to add a shoulder pad instead that's made of leather while retaining the leather strap. In other words, we will simply add a shoulder pad instead of changing the material to canvas. With this, we hope to give you more value for your money as well as added comfort.
